Lincoln Bagel Co is a family-run business in the heart of Lincoln. Our specialty is gourmet bagels, baked fresh in-house every day. We also serve high-quality, artisan coffee, and our range of deliciously rich milkshakes prepared to our original recipes.
Our Story
Our story began in a small kitchen during Lockdown. Our chief baker, Joshua, first conceived the idea for a bagel cafe in 2020, and soon after began pioneering a recipe in his own kitchen. He shared the proposal (and, of course, his bagels) with his family, and together we began the process of realizing this vision.
It was a gradual process of learning, research, and a good deal of baking, but in the January of 2023 we moved into our premises on Guildhall Street. You'll find us in the heart of Lincoln, and we're proud to serve this beautiful city and its people. We've had a wonderful start, and we have much more to come!
